Vitex - anyone had is mess up their cycles? I’m annoyed with myself, I’d read that Vitex can help with hormone regulation and the like, so I started taking it this cycle. I’m on cycle day 34 on no AF. I NEVER have cycles longer than 30 days and have regular cycles. I did some digging last night and found lots of sites saying that of you have a regular cycle, DON’T take it as it can disrupt it. So angry, really thought this was THE month. Up until 3 days ago I was having lots of symptoms, now nothing, but no af. Did hpt this morning -bfn. Really wish I’d done more research before taking it.
