Trying to conceived after Depo!

For all my ladies that have been through these please I NEED YOUR HELP. So I stopped getting the depo shot about 6 Months ago, I know it's a little early for me to become pregnant after being in the shot for almost three years!. But I didn't know that it would be soooo hard for me to conceive after using these method! I soo regret that decision. Anyways have any of you found something to get pregnant faster.( P. S. I started to get my period right away after I stopped it. ) which I believe is a good thing.
