baby fever and missed period

Yesterday was so hard seeing all the babies in my family. I want another so bad. My husband made my plate while at his families home and when he handed it too me, he says "Did you get enough? , your eating for two. " I just giggled and let it go. Then we are at Walmart and a little girl (about 6)came to me and said "your gonna have a baby who likes all the same stuff as me" then he hands me a little flipeez doll toy. The next is my mom and I were looking at a dollhouse for my kids. (All 3 are girls) and I just randomly say "im going to get this for the girls, all 4 of them will like it" and then I was thinking why the hell did I say 4?

Could it be a sign?!
