I had the sweep around 2pm today, had a scan, growth a little off, so being induced Monday unless I have her this weekend, I am going away Monday with my family and really don’t wanna be induced 
Any tips on how to get her out naturally this weekend without being induced Monday 😳

Bounce on your birthing ball, long walks, sex (if you can manage it, I can’t after my sweep this afternoon haven’t stopped bleeding 😩) and use your essential oils maybe some clary sage and lavender in a bath and spot some lavender on your clothes to smell xx
