ok ladies my son is 4 I've tried everything dieting,sit ups, EVERYTHING,  NOT to mention I walk constantly at work so any advice?

thanks guys! I guess I'm gonna start the no sugar diet Monday! I'm so tired of looking pregnant and not being pregnant! will update y'all

looks like a sugar gut, cut out sugar and see if you see any improvement, also you need to exercise, get your heart rate up above 120 for 20 to 30 minutes a day. post pregnancy weight is harder to lose, but it'll come off if you are determined.
