no money for Christmas😭

so this is my little ones 2nd Christmas and im terrified that we won't have any money for Christmas presents for her. with me being 31 weeks pregnant it has become so hard to work so we agreed that it would be better if i quit (i was working at a factory) but shortly after my SO lost his job as well. all the money we have left is going straight to bills until he finds a new job. we also don't have any money to buy any of our family members anything for Christmas. on my side we have 8 kids to buy for (I know yikes😓) and on his side we only have 2. i think it's unfair if we buy his side presents but not mine. so how can we go about telling our siblings we won't be able to buy presents for their kids and if they don't want to buy for our little one we understand. Also what can we do to at least buy or make sure our daughter has something to open on christmas. Please any advice will help.
