I️ was running to jump on my boyfriend’s back and he moved out of the way when I️ jumped and I️ didn’t have time to catch myself so I️ landed on my stomach. I️ screamed bloody murder for about 5-10 minutes and cried for about 20 mins afterwards. It felt as if all my organs just popped. My stomach hasn’t been the same since.. I️m still able to eat but feel like throwing up, a bit dizzy and nauseous, burping a lot, and heavy breathing! No bruising has happened but upper stomach and around my belly button are hard. It happened around 11am-12pm and it’s now 10pm, should I️ seek medical attention or wait it out to see if it gets better or worse?
