Need advice. Think husband can get me preggo

So for a great while (since May this year) we’ve been trying to get pregnant after my IUD removal and I thought maybe I was dealing with the aftermath of the IUD. Let me backtrack a little. My husband was a virgin I was not (3 kids). Both in our 30s. Now I’ve been researching other ways why I can’t get pregnant and one lead me to the fact he has small testicles and also if him begin a virgin for so long and didn’t masturbate could this be a major factor on ttc? Also any tips or suggestion could help.
