planning a water birth...in different state?

My wife and I want to deliver our baby at a birthing center that has the option for water birth. This is the last addition to our circus so we want to go out with a "BANG". I've always wanted to do a water birth and this is my last chance at it. Only thing is, we would have to go to Kansas (we are Missouri natives). Both my wife and I were born in MO, along with our 5 kids. So I don't know how difficult it would be to have a child born in a different state. Never had to go through that. So I guess I'm asking, what would you do? Has anyone given birth in a different state and had difficulties of any sort in your current state?
