We want to call our baby (if it's a girl) Lillah pronounced 'Lill-ah' not Lie-la. It's a family members nick name that we love but I don't want my child to heave to constantly correct people on its pronunciation. How would you spell it please?

It's a pretty name but to be honest no matter how you spell it her name most likely will always be mispronounced 😔

Love it! I think Lilla is the most straightforward spelling and it looks cute too. 
Tbh my daughter’s name is Ria (ree-uh) and people sometimes pronounce it like (rye-uh) but she doesn’t mind correcting them. She is only 5 though so 🤷🏻‍♀️

You could add an apostrophe to help with the pronunciation (Lil'a or Lil'ah) but that will likely just mean misspelling.   I went to school with a girl named Diana who pronounced it 'Deana' and it was annoying for both her and everyone else.  That may have had to do with her attitude when her name was mispronounced but given that happened nearly 100% of the time, I'd have to say it was a bit of a bust on her parents end.
