Why do you have your tattoos?

Do they have meaning and if so what is the meaning, if not what made you get them?

This is my first tattoo!! The triangle is for my mamaw, papaw and grandpa since there is 3 points! Then I chose the Rose because after each of them passed I would keep a rose from their funeral and once the rose died it was kinda like my last goodbye but I chose the rose to be open and alive because my love for them will never die! 💘 ( I recently got it and it’s healing that’s why it looks like that! )

Honestly my tattoos don't have specific special meanings. They are original pieces made just for me and I just love them and wanted to decorate myself with what I think is pretty. They do reflect parts of my personality and things that I love though.

My first tattoo is a family one. It says family  one way..one way the other way. my mom, dad, 2 younger brothers, and older sister got the same tattoo(just everyones is a little different) my second tattoo is a mother daughter tattoo that I got with my mom and older sister. Ours says Because of her I will not fall and my mom's says for them I'll risk it all. my 3rd tattoo is I got with my bf cause we just wanted it(matching couple tattoo) I have the skull lock and he has the skull key. I got my adoption symbol cause it was a meaningful time in my life(got adopted when I was 6.5) I got a lion just cause I'm a huge fan. And I got a turquoise butterfly cause it's the symbol for Lymphedema which my sister has.
