What on earth is happening here?!?

Hello everyone. I could use some expert eyes on this chart. Please and thank you.

* first cycle post ectopic loss

* previous cycles were 33 days with LP of 12

* faulty batch of OPKs so none of those this cycle (dumb of me I know)

* BFN this morning (did buy the tests off line and some people have reported false negatives)

* last pregnancy cycle I tested positive at 14dpo

Is this anovulatory? Could implantation have been 12 dpo? If so would I still get negatives?

Post surgery my blood work said my hcg had gone down to <2. Would that change anything?

Help?!
