One A Day Pre Pregnancy Couples pack

This may be a long post but please read....has anyone used these and got pregnant....how long did it take for them to kick in? ........ive heard it helps produce more of a load, so to say, for the guys......me amd my husbamd have been taking them a mnth now and not much luck. Tmi..today we did the deed and omg ive never seen a bigger load! ...its said it takes 40 days for sperm to mature....so does tht mean it takes abt 40 days for the pills to kick in for the guys??
