Advice please?

I missed my period this month. Let’s say glow said I was supposed to get AF on the 12th. But I believe I was supposed to get it on the 16th. Either way, I never got it. Got a pap on Monday. Since then, I’ve been spotting. It started off pink and now it’s brown. Last few days it’s been brown discharge and it’s only when I wipe. Nothing on the panty liner. Any advice? Has this happened to anyone? Dr said I was gng to have a heavy period. But nothing, just spotting when I wipe🤷🏽‍♀️
