Due date??

Question

Found out today that I’m expecting!!!!! It is my 4th pregnancy and hopefully my first time bringing my baby home. 
My question is: how far along am I? 
If I go by the first date of my last period I am 5 weeks 2 days but I know I ovulated 2 weeks ago. Soooooo I’m confused!

Always go from the first date of your last period, so 5w2d then your ultrasounds May change your due date if you’re measuring behind. Congratulations !

If you know you ovulated 2 weeks ago then you’re 4 weeks. The doctor will ask you the date of the first day of your last menstrual period but they will also ask how many days your typical cycle has. Which you would say 35 days. That will even it out. It’s appealing to go with a further along date but if you do that you’ll worry as the baby will measure behind and it’s not worth it.
