I need help.. general question

I have PCOS and me and my SO is ttc. My period wasn’t regular at all and I haven’t had my period and we’ve already took two test and we thought we saw a faint line on the first one but it went away so I re tested and it was negative and I’ve been having symptoms of fatigue, nauseous and throwing up and back aches and still no period or positive tests. Well today I went to the bathroom and when I went to pee nothing but blood came out and it was a lot so I thought I started my period and when I went back to the bathroom earlier there was no blood?

I’m kinda worried and want to know if this has happened to anyone ?
