test is faint but now bright....

hello ladies, this is my first time using this app. I am 4 days late for monthly, something told me to take a test so I did. it took about 4 minutes for it show positive... the 5th and 6th I spotted a little bit. And now I've tested positive. I'm a little worried it's not true because I've had a false pos before. And we've been trying for a month now... So I'm hoping you ladies could help this mommy out to figure out if I'm being lied to or not...
