Implantation pains?

We didn't chart anything or use opk's this month as we didn't really realise that they existed 🤷🏼‍♀️ But began trying nonetheless anyway. I suspect that I'm around 6 DPO and I'm about 7-8 days before my periods due.

I've had a weird sensation on my right side (around where I expect my right ovary to be) it's not really cramping but more like a pulling? It's hard to explain lol! It's like a pressure but like pulling at the same time too.

I took an opk this morning and it was negative so definitely not ovulation pains. Anyone have any ideas? Trying not to get my hopes up!
