Confused???

On 11/12, I had unprotected sex & he pulled out. My expected ovulation day was 11/18. I took plan b about 10 hours after sex. Today is 11/25, I’m exactly 7 days from the start of my predicted period but I have light bleeding with something that could be clots or brown stretchy discharge, I can’t tell. I’m not sure if this is implantation bleeding or if it’s just a side effect of Plan B. My boobs hurt and I have light cramps, too.
