Anyone have LP problems??

I have been spotting throughout my LP since coming off mirena. I saw RE. Took clomid cd5-9. I had labs yesterday to confirm O. My progesterone was 3.6. Guessing around 2 dpo. I was told to start my vaginal progesterone tonight. I woke this morning spotting again. Started my progesterone this morning instead of tonight. It’s a twice a day thing.

Anyone else have LP problems and conceive? My AMH was very low. I’m wondering if my hormone issues could have caused it to be lower.
