think I might be pregnant but idk if I am seeing things!

i thought I missed my ovulation window so my partner and I just kept having coitus not worrying if we did well Aunt Flow is due either today or tomorrow so I just tested just to see.. I got one of those dollar tests because I wasn't trying to spend money last month I spent money just for negatives and Aunt Flow to show up after getting my nexaplon out. well tonight I tested and I know they say test in the morning but I couldn't wait and also idk really when I conceived see had so much coitus. anyways am I seeing this my partner thinks there isn't a line lol..
