1 week postpartum!! stool softeners??

What can I take to be able to use bathroom!! I've been so constipated after I gave birth!! Any good stool softeners that work fast?? without cramping or a little cramps lol please help lol. I feel so uncomfortable!!

My hospital gives out miralax and colace post partum

I used colace and that worked for a bit and then I used miralax and that was the cure lol

I just got the walmart brand and took them 2x a day. Worked pretty well for me. My mom was a big believer of eating papaya after having a baby to ease constipation

I took colace and that kinda helped but my mother recommended I took saltine crackers with some hot chocolate in the mornings and that did the trick!
