Has anyone tcc had this happen and get a positive pregnancy test

My husband and myself are ttc and last night while I was sleeping I turned over to my left side and started getting cramps on that side. So I turned over and a little while later it had stopped. So I laid on my back and right side the rest of the night. Then at work today I noticed a pinching and some light cramping in one spot on my left side. It happened a few times off and on throughout the day. Do you think that it could be implemented of the egg? Just wanted to know y’all thoughts. My cycle starts on Dec. 1st. Hopefully it doesn’t come.
