Relationship Sex

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years now. We've lived to gather for almost 2 years. And nothing has really changed in our relationship. We love each other through and through. No doubt about it. But over the last few months , we've had sex maybe a handful of times ... & were both about to be 21 & 25 in a few months.. Is this normal? I'm feeling lonely when I shouldn't because I love coming home to him everyday.. 😞😥
