Anyone else up at 2:30am with horrible insomnia ? I literally slept for 2 hours and now I’m wide awake!

I'm up too at nearly 4 on the morning. I have trouble sleeping throughout the night. So, I'm in the same boat with you ladies. I actually sleep more during the day than at night.

Meeee🤦🏽‍♀️ this is every night and I can’t take a nap during the day if I tried to. Ughhh always exhausted but can’t sleep. It makes no sense at all.

I used to sleep like a rock. Asleep the second I closed my eyes and never woke up. Since I’ve been pregnant I sleep from like 2am-4am, then am wide awake, then maybe fall asleep again by 6am, and wake up around 9am feeling like I got hit by a truck. I like to think I’m just preparing myself for having a newborn 😭

Yup everyday at 2/3am I wake up and I stay up until 6am when I finally fall asleep only to then wake up at 7am for work.

Urgh, I know the feeling. It’s not every night but mostly when I get out of routine. It’s like my body punishes me for having a social life.
