Hip pain at night??!!!??!!

So at night my hips hurt so bad when I'm trying to sleep it's ridiculous. During the day I'm fine no pain at all only when I'm laying down at night. Why???? I'm 22 weeks 1 day. Anyone else have this?

Yes! My hip would hurt then the pain would shoot down my leg sometimes keeping me up at night. I went to the chiropractor for it and whatever he did seem to help!

Sleeping with a pillow lengthwise between my knees/calves solved it for me. That and occasionally sleeping tilted to the side instead of all the way on my side.

Get a body pillow or use any pillow partially under your belly and between your legs , and as well behind your lower back and bottom .. it’s mostly likely the weight from the baby hanging on the side you’re lying on while asleep , I have the same issue when I dontuse a pillow

Another tip I heard is rotate or flip your mattress! It could be sagging where you’re sleeping which makes your hips curve into the mattress giving them little to no support!
