Cold/congestion remedies without hurting supply. Help
My baby is 7 month old and I had a severe cold. I am recovering now but I am really congested. I feel chest congestion and my ears are plugged. What can I try at home to decongest myself. Also did any of you take an expectorant and/or an antihistamine and noticed supply issues? I took Allegra a couple of months ago and felt my supply dip. Please help.
