**Disclaimer: this didn’t actually happen, for some reason I thought of this scenario in the shower...? (all weird thoughts occur in the shower though don’t judge lmao).

So...

Say a girl and her boyfriend are outside in a fight. They guy’s done something, blah blah blah... and when she tries to leave he goes in for a kiss. She says no several times quietly before saying no several more times, only for him to continue. At this point he’s forcing himself on her to try to kiss her, so in order to escape she pushes him off, but in doing so he is pushed into his car and shatters the driver’s side window. Who should have to pay for the damage? The boyfriend or the girlfriend?
