Two periods in one month ????

Question

Had period November 8th lasted three days. Had another period November 24 ended 27th was red and lil heavy. Never had two in one month before could it be implantation ? Should I test for pregnancy? Need advice

I had two periods before I done a pregnancy test it came back negative then I went to the Doctor and they said sometimes it can happen to have two periods in one month, but everyone is different take a pregnancy test and see.
