Miscarriage dream

I'm 5 weeks 5 days today and I've been experiencing insanely vivid dreams for a few weeks now. The first week of conception I had 2 dreams that both showed a blatantly positive pregnancy test! I figured that since I was ttc it was just wishful thinking. I started having symptoms at around 3 weeks, but kept getting negative test results. Until one night I had a dream of a newborn baby, it was red like it had just came out of the womb- that's when I decided to take another test and it was a vvfl! I've taken about 7 since then and all BFP. Two nights ago I had the most vivid, terrifying dream of a having a miscarriage. Very gruesome and bloody, I'm still disturbed by it. Has anyone else experienced this, or any other pregnancy dreams?
