Ways to say "Thank You"

Ok Glow folks, I need some advice. My husband and I lost our 1st baby last year at almost 20 weeks. I am pregnant again and have been on bedrest in the hospital for 6 weeks so far. Throughout our ordeal, we have received a ton of love/support/prayers from family and friends. We are very appreciative and want to find a way thank them. Besides the typical handwritten note, does anyone have any ideas? Did you go through a difficult pregnancy and find a nice way to thank your supporters? Please help!
