Milk blister + recurring blocked ducts

I’ve been breastfeeding my baby for 4.5 months now and it’s been going great. She’s a great eater, I’ve not had any supply issues, etc. however, I’ve had a milk blister on one side for several weeks and it hurts! I’ve tried warm compresses, feeding right after taking a hot shower, squeezing it, but nothing helps. And I keep getting clogged ducts on that side, which I’m assuming is a result of the bleb. Thankfully I haven’t gotten mastitis, but I’m tired of being uncomfortable and cringing when my baby latched! Any advice?
