To my moms with babies...

I'm a ftm and never given birth of course. I'm really just wanting information on how I'll feel after i have baby. Of course I'm gonna end up asking for epidural and I'll expect the craziest pain, but i would like to know after baby comes out what kind of pain can I expect ? How long can I expect to be in pain ? Will I be in a lot of pain to the point I can't move around or will I just be sore for a few days? If I plan on breastfeeding can I take ibuprofen for the pain/soreness ? I know everybody's different, but I'm a plan ahead type of person. Like should I cook and freeze dinners.. type of plan aheader...
