I have pcos and on cycle day 40 af still has not showed up. Af always comes every month. I had all the symptoms of being pregnant but took 2 test and they were negative.  Has this happened to anyone else and if so when did you get a postive?

A couple of years ago I didn't get periods but I didn't have the symptoms I have now.

Maybe your pcos is a bit worse at the moment. Always throws out periods, I’m surprised you get your period every month usually with pcos. Late periods / months without a period are extremely common with pcos.
