BFP symptoms or AF!

Cd 22. So I had strong pinching in my right ovary which I usually ovulate from. So painful that I was actually saying ouch! I’ve been having on and off lower back pain-like really low-above my butt, nauseous as all help and I’m soooo tired. I slept 20 hours yesterday and I can barely keep my eyes open! Feeling a little sick-like a fever and back ache but I don’t have a fever. Headache. Did I mention how tired I am? My boobs are usually sore from before I ovulate until AF comes-nothing this time. Just mild nipple sensitivity. Thick CM but sorta clear. AF due in 6 days.
