I️ recently got back on the nuva Ring after like 5 years. When I️ used it five years ago I️ really liked it. I️ never had any issues & I️ liked that I️ still got my period. I️ just started using it again on Friday and I️ feel like I️ pushed it up as far as I️ could. But it keeps slipping out! I️ literally have to push it back up every 30 mins. 😓 It’s Monday & I’m ready to take this thing out & throw it against the wall. Has anyone else had these problems? I️ might take it out & put it back in. But idk wtf to do.

This shit made me depressed af. I did not feel like myself at all! Then I got an excruciating migraine. I believe it was slipping out because my body was rejecting it. Listen to your bodies ladies!
