I think I am going crazy

I am CD 19 on 26 cycle. I have been getting these cramp feeling on my left side for over 3 days now and yesterday and today I have severe back aches. Is it to soon to think I am pregnant! I need advice in department from women that has gotten BFP. Also my CM is white like school glue
