Too Far to Ride?

Hey, mamas! My hubby and I are wanting a little getaway. Our princess is 3 months old and we want her to tag along, but it would be a 9-10 hour drive. Of course we'd stop to feed and change her. My question is if she is old enough to ride that far? I know it may seem stupid, but as a FTM, ya never know what you may find out. 🙈

We drove 13 hours to Texas when my son was 3 months old. I pumped the entire way and gave him bottles and took him out when we stopped for potty breaks and changed him.

It’s perfectly fine as long as when you feed her you take her out and make sure she doesn’t get too hot. We took my son on a 5 hr drive and he slept most of it lol you should fine as long as you bring your stuff like diaper bag with clothes diapers wipes and bottles next to her in the car so it’s easy access and a light and thick blanket so depending on if she gets hot or not and don’t keep the heat on too high !

She's old enough but are you patient enough. You will be stopping a lot and it will make the drive a lot longer

As long as she tends to be happy in the car and will nap etc you can take her, for sure

My fiancé and I drove from VA to TX with our then 4 year old and then, almost 4 month old. It was a bit of a hassle with the extra stops and made for a bit of a longer trip but we had no issues.
