Bleeding after sex

My doctor told me that I have a low grain hpv almost a year ago. My biopsy did not show any cancer cells therefore I was told that I do not need to worry about it and that my body would heal on its own and get rid of the hpv. Keep in mind I am diabetic so it takes longer for my compromised immune system to heal.

Anyways while I was on my period a few days ago, my husband and I had sex and he cummed inside of me. I didn’t think it was a big deal because I was on my period. After my period ended on Saturday my husband and I had sex again. Now this time he didn’t cum inside me but I noticed that I always cramp on my left abdominal after sex. I also noticed that I have been bleeding after sex (nothing super heavy) but it was bright red blood that seems to be coming from the inside of my cervix which eliminated an outside cut possibility. The blood is sometimes in a mucus texture.

I am extremely scared and have no idea why this is happening. I would cramp every now and then and find blood on my underwear even though my husband and I have not had sex since Saturday. Is this a health concern? Should I go to the ER? Make an appointment with my OBGYN? Please help me!!!
