Need advice

Af was supposed to be here last Thursday, i was having a lot of symptoms at first but I’m not having symptoms of any kind any more other then I’ve been extra bitchy lately (so I’ve been told). Last time this happened I didn’t have a period for three months. I don’t understand what’s going on with my body and my family are tired of hearing about it 😞 I don’t even feel like testing because I know it’s just going to be negative. Should I wait another cycle before I call my doc or just call her now? Is there even a point in calling her she’s just going to tell me to wait it out. Idk I guess I’m just frustrated and needed someone to tell
