I don’t know what this is!!

Sooo I had started my period on Halloween which is 10/31 and it lasted till 11/04 well a few days ago.. I start bleeding but spotting light pink brownish color?? Thinking oh maybe it’s my period starting again cause I have irregular periods and they come and go whenever they want weeeellll, if it is my period I’m on day 3 and it’s still light but don’t call me weird lol but it doesn’t smell like a period it doesn’t really have a smell to be honest.. I’ve been sick with bronchitis for 2 weeks now and coughing up my lungs lol.. but wondering could it be implantation bleeding ?? I never had it with my first baby so curious I would post a picture but maybe it’s to tmi for some people.. please let me know what you think in the comments!! Thanks :)
