SO MUCH MUCUS OMG!!

Little background.. 35+4 weeks pregnant. Been on bedrest since 31 weeks. I’m dilated to 3cm and 50% effaced. (Might be more, I go to dr tomorrow for another check) I’ve been having contractions since 31 weeks. They get bad sometimes and will be every 2 min or so but I’ve been to the hospital to have them spaced out (they can never get them to fully stop) I’m miserable and uncomfortable idk what to do anymore

Past 3 days I’ve been having heavy amounts of mucus pretty much every other time I go to the bathroom my undies look like this... anyone have this and go into labor shortly after?? Feeling off and crampy lately too. My dr keeps telling me if I go into labor everything will be okay because I had he shots for babies lungs and I’m at a good point in pregnancy but idk if I should call in the morning because of this or just wait till my late afternoon appointment
