lo.lestro fe question plz help!!

so ive been on this pill 5 months so far last month me period was almost 2 weeks late and when it finally came it was super painful more than usually and heavier than it has been since ive had my daughter and i had 3 vvfl test (im guessing chemical) this month it was 4 days late finally came no cramps other than a twinge here an there on my right side and considerably lighter than usually is but not light enough to consider spotting is this normal with these pills or something to talk to my doctor about
