Does this irritate you/ seem disrespectful?

So I don’t know if this is just me being over dramatic but I absolutely HATE it when I’m FaceTiming my boyfriend and he starts playing a game on his PS4..

Like I just feel like it so disrespectful when I’m trying to talk to him and he’s playing a game, even tho he responds and I know he’s listening. I just feel like i only have half his attention. I feel like it’s disrespectful, the same way it is to have your cellphone out at a dinner table.

I’ve made it very clear that I hate this and he always argues saying that he is listening (which ill give him credit he is listening) and that he can multitask.

I just still hate it. It bothers me so much and I honestly don’t know why other than the fact that it feels disrespectful regardless if he’s actually listening or not.
