Help! Kyleena insertion no period.

I just got the Kyleena iud inserted on the 10th of November and I've been spotting since I got it but I don't know if that was my period or not? I was supposed to get my period two days ago but it hasn't came yet. I hate not knowing because when I was on the pill it came on the exact day every month but the pill gave me morbid jealousy and the iud has worked wonders with making me go back to me! Has anyone else's period skipped when they first got it?
