Dose anyone's baby make grunting sounds?

Hi I'm not a first time mom buys been 10 years since last baby.
My new 7 day year old baby makes grunting sounds at night non stop anyone els have these problems? 
She's seems to be a little constipated 
But there again I'm not sure she pooped once yesterday! And also i wanted to ask dose the bottles have anything to do with the way baby gets gasy our is that milk?

My baby does that too. She’s just trying to make a bowel movement (poop lol). They grunt because their organs don’t have enough practice basically to do it on their own yet. Ask doctor but I wouldn’t worry too much.

Hi. I have the same problem with my baby she grunts all day all night nd I tried different bottles such as dr. Brown. Mam bottles and others but she is still grunting a lot I think it’s normal if you are too worried u should ask your baby’s doctor.
