Any RN or doctors here?

I’m getting impatient my doctor was suppose to call me with my lab results and he hasn’t called. On Friday my primary doctor sent me for hormonal testings. I received my lab results but I have no idea what it means. I guess he wanted to check for hormonal imbalances but I was on cycle day 60 on Friday. I have seriously long cycles. Which makes me irregular and sad cause it’s harder to ttc. 😔

Does anyone know what this means. If you do please tell me. Thank you so much!
