Microgynon 30 and bleeding

Hey! So I’ve been on the microgynon 30 pill for a year Ish and today my boyfriend fingered (fairly roughy but I was wet so it didn’t hurt) but he looked down and I was bleeding so we stopped.

This has never happened before..

I’ve been very emotional and stressed out recently.

I’ve take 6 pills of my new pack so I’m not due a period for a few more weeks.
