I FEEL PREGNANT

You guys I was experiencing cramping and thinking ooo yay implantation cramping maybe then FLO came for a visit and I still feel pregnant I’m absolutely exhausted 24/7 my back is killing me , I ate a piece of steak the other day and puked (thing I hated when I was pregnant the first time) but I haven’t gotten a BFP . I’ve waited to test because of my period happening.

Do you think it could still be possible or am I literally just driving myself insane to create my own pregnancy symptoms because I want to be pregnant that bad ?
