based on the dates can this be AF on her way or is there any chance it's implantation spotting soon to be BFP

It seems you missed many BBT readings toward the start of your cycle, making it hard to see the shift after ovulation.  Also, the steady decline in temp after suspected ovulation is not promising if you're TTC. For next month, maybe try more consistent BBT tracking, and more sex during the fertile window!
